Our involvement starts with a personal intake meeting in which we discuss all relevant project details. Subsequently, all information deadlines and other parameters will be set out in a custom made action plan.
Questionnaire, Data Collection and Indexing for the data room
As DataroomServices uses its unrivalled expertise and the most up to date technologies in its processes, the assistance of DataroomServices will be very helpful to create your data room. DataroomServices advise you on many aspects, for example on operational deal coordination in general as well as on more specific aspects as establishing the questionnaire- or index structure of the data room. We have learned over the past years that it is key to transform the questionnaire into an index prior to start collecting data efficiently.

Questionnaire
The DataroomServices support team is often involved in the earliest stage of the process. In that way we can help the advisor to set up the (final) questionnaire in the most efficient way. DataroomServices can also support in instructing the team that will be collecting the data.
Data Collection
After having finalized the index DataroomServices is able to collect documents in an efficient manner. Consequently, the DataroomServices team can support in processing and structuring the collected data. As communication is key, DataroomServices regularly reports on the status to the company and/or its advisor(s).
Indexing
Once having structured the physical and digital documents, DataroomServices labels each individual document in order to create a matching index. Moreover, by labelling each document it becomes directly clear which documents are being included in the data room.
Uploading to the VDR, managing the VDR process
After approval we will start uploading the documents to the clients' chosen VDR. We will send out the guidelines concerning content and user management, and preferably take it away for you. So again, you will stay in the driver's seat.
