Dedicated Project Manager
Your project will be managed by one of our fully dedicated and qualified Process Managers (PM). The PM is your direct contact and will take care of your project needs from the kick-off meeting to the closing. Assistance of the PM is required and very useful to advice on the questionnaire- or index structure and/or advice your organisation on operational deal coordination. Your personal PM is responsible for streamlining the workload and enforcing quality checks. Activities performed by a PM include among others data room consultancy, index structuring and index coordination. Furthermore, data room management concerns providing access to visitors, uploading/adding of new documentation, report generating and last but not least managing the security settings.
